Initial Consultation
After we schedule a convenient time for you, we will discuss your previous training, what your goals are, how much time you have to invest in your training, and answer any other questions you may have. We will also review the website we use to build our athlete’s plans and analyze their workouts (Training Peaks).

Communication

We offer unlimited E-mail (expect a response within 24 hours, but please allow 48 hours over the weekend)

Available via phone and text messaging during the week and at most times for more urgent questions or concerns

Field testing as needed using a power meter and/or heart rate monitor to dial in your zones and maximize your return on time training

Daily workouts delivered to your inbox via Training Peaks

Workout analysis conducted to ensure you are getting the most out of coaching and everything is going well

Comprehensive strength program included for each off-season as well as in-season

Nutrition tips and weight loss help. Shayne is not a licensed dietitian or nutritionist, but he is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach, and has made many mistakes nutritionally and learned from them.  He can refer you to a licensed nutritionist or dietitian if necessary.
